We are a non-medical home care agency looking for a reliable and detail-oriented bilingual professional to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the office (similar to a secretary role).
- Work with Microsoft Excel, Word, and other office software.
- Help organize and maintain files and records.
- Occasionally visit clients and perform caregiver supervisory visits.
- Assist with other office tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Bilingual (English and Spanish preferred).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Reliable transportation for occasional visits.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Ability to manage files and paperwork efficiently.
- Prior experience in home care or healthcare administration is a plus.
Compensation: $16.35 - $19.00 per hour
